Opción de Calibrador de Procesos
Cada modelo ofrece una opción de Calibrador de Procesos (PC). Esta opción de calibrador de procesos combina las numerosas características que se encuentran en un calibrador de procesos documentado HART completamente funcional con el pozo seco de temperatura. Esta opción incluye la capacidad de medir un PRT de referencia y dos canales de dispositivos en prueba que pueden medir corriente (mA), voltaje, interruptor, RTD o termopar. Además de estas funciones de medición, este calibrador cuenta con una completa capacidad de documentación para crear tareas, guardar los resultados “como se encontraron” y “como se dejaron”, así como leer, configurar y calibrar transmisores compatibles con HART. La función de “instantánea” te permite capturar toda la información mostrada en la pantalla con solo presionar un botón. Este complemento opcional permite el registro de datos de todos los canales en una función de pasos automáticos y una función de rampa. Utilizando el PRT de referencia, puedes elegir controlar el punto de ajuste del pozo seco utilizando el sensor interno o el PRT de referencia externo.
Autocalibración
Creemos que utilizar una sonda de referencia externa como estándar es la mejor manera de realizar la calibración de temperatura. Sin embargo, también reconocemos que este método no siempre es necesario o conveniente, y dependiendo de la aplicación, el uso del sensor de control interno sería preferible. Tradicionalmente, el sensor de control interno tiene una precisión amplia que puede atribuirse en gran medida a su deriva a largo plazo. Hemos incorporado una función de autocalibración que te permite realizar una calibración automatizada del sensor de control interno utilizando tu referencia externa. Con solo unas pocas selecciones, la calibración se ejecutará automáticamente, proporcionándote una calibración fresca y rastreable del sensor de control que mejorará su precisión, ya que no tendrás que tener en cuenta su deriva a largo plazo cuando se utiliza como referencia.
Características de Automatización
Tradicionalmente, los pozos secos eran simplemente una fuente de calor estable. Para mejorar la utilidad de nuestros Pozos Secos de Referencia, hemos agregado características de automatización que te permiten utilizar estos increíbles dispositivos como una fuente de calor altamente estable, un aparato para el mantenimiento del punto triple del agua y un horno de recocido. Combinado con el kit ADT878-TPW, el Pozo Seco de Referencia ADT878-160 se puede utilizar para realizar y mantener automáticamente un punto triple del agua. Los métodos tradicionales requieren tiempo y práctica para realizar el punto triple del agua. Additel ha simplificado este proceso con una función de realización automática del TPW (triple punto del agua). Simplemente inserta la celda y el PRT (Platinum Resistance Thermometer) en el Pozo Seco de Referencia y ejecuta el procedimiento. La automatización en el firmware te alertará cuando la celda esté superenfriada. Retira la celda y agítala, ahora podrás mantener el punto triple en el pozo de referencia. Esto es muy útil para verificar la deriva de tu PRT. Para obtener más información, consulta la hoja de datos del kit ADT878-TPW. Cuando adquieras nuestro Pozo Seco de Referencia de 700°C, encontrarás nuestra función de recocido automático para recocer PRTs. Hemos preconfigurado procedimientos de recocido que establecen la temperatura, el tiempo de recocido y la tasa de enfriamiento.
